The Minor in Technical Writing has the following requirements:

| Any disciplinary writing course in the student’s major (subject to minor advisor approval). This course should: contain explicit writing instruction; require a significant amount of writing; involve feedback loops and revision. Major requirement courses are eligible. | 4 | |
- A minimum of 40 credits in HSSA courses.
- Substitutions may be made with the approval of the minor advisor.
Students may apply only one (1) transfer course toward a minor. Exceptions may be made with the approval of the minor advisor.
