GRAD Courses

GRAD 505: Graduate Enrollment

This six-credit-hour administrative enrollment tool does not have any required
meeting/lecture hours. Enrollment in GRAD505 allows students who have completed all required courses and
project/thesis credits to maintain half-time status while completing their thesis/project work, defending/presenting
their work, or attending to administrative tasks related to degree completion. Students may enroll in GRAD505 only
twice, after which they will need the approval of the Associate Dean for Lifelong Learning and the Graduate Studies
Committee. GRAD505 may not be used toward meeting graduation credit hour requirements and should not be listed
on the Plan of Study.


GRAD 508: Graduate Enrollment

This six-credit-hour administrative enrollment tool does not require any
meeting/lecture hours. Enrollment in GRAD508 allows students who have not yet met degree requirements to maintain
half-time status while participating in an off-campus co-op or internship. International students should not use
GRAD508 when participating in xxxx699 Professional Experience. GRAD508 may not be used toward meeting
graduation credit hour requirements and should not be listed on the Plan of Study.
